Simply put, no. Our solution is a business tool for people that go to places without a signal. Once set up, employees can carry on without a signal, with data safely transferred to our servers when back in range.
Data is accessed through a web browser, usually on a PC. However we have users that access reports through their mobile browser. Data can be exported into spreadsheets, csv files, or integrated with existing systems if it makes sense.
We may be suitable for some Business to Consumer (B2C) circumstances, however our target is Business to Business (B2B). Vos Voco usually becomes something that employees interact with every day – either for internal company purposes or for interactions with their suppliers and/or commercial customers. Yes it will. In fact, one of the advantages of using Vos Voco, is that you can connect to Vos Voco once instead of individually with your suppliers and/or customers. However we know this takes time and resources, so we have designed Vos Voco to function “standalone” – making it ideal for minor niggles or doing a trial for larger solutions.

Our customers often call asking us to make minor adjustments to their solution. These are usually resolved on the same day, keeping costs low. The modular approach allows solutions to be quickly added or retired as required. Some customers will be able to update the solution themselves.
