Our business provides Software as a Service and such requires some personal data to operate if you are a registered user. We also aim to communicate with existing and potential customers.

What Personal Information do we collect?

We collect different personal information depending on how you contact us.

Enquiry using website: When receiving a web enquiry, we record your name, company, company email address, contact number and nature of enquiry.

Request for help: We will record your name, company, company email address, contact number and nature of assistance needed.

Telephone contact: Usually we will capture your name and telephone contact number, along with your email address.

Becoming a registered user: Vos Voco’s service relies on us knowing who the users of our service are. During registration either online or through the App, we will capture your name, company name, company address, and your company email address and contact number. Our service can move data between “teams”. As a registered user you may be a) a standalone user, b) in one “Team”, or c) in several “teams”. With you (and where applicable) your company’s leadership we will capture and maintain this “team” data.

What we use your information for

The Vos Voco Service: Vos Voco provides secure data collection, exchange and communication between two organisations who are known to each other using workflows. To provide this service, the workflow user’s name, company and “team” will be included in the workflow/message detail and will be visible to both organisations. We will not pass other details we hold of registered users such as address, email address and telephone numbers to anyone at any time.
In some cases, the workflow’s business value may include collection and exchange of personal data between two organisations. Data provided in these workflows is outside the control of Vos Voco and would be subject to the two organisation’s own privacy policies.

Marketing: We may contact you for marketing purposes unless you have opted out. Under no circumstances will your data be sold to a third party.

Feedback: Your feedback on Vos Voco’s service is important to us, and we may contact you from time to time through the App, by email or by phone.

Sharing your information

We will not share your personal information with any third parties.

We aim to make it easy to use our website by remembering your preferences such as languages and report settings. Additionally, by understanding how our customers use our website, we can tailor it to make the site as useful and efficient as possible.
